Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrival in Jaipur – The Pink City
Your journey begins in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, often called the "Pink City" for its trademark rose-colored buildings. Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your private cab driver, who will accompany you throughout the trip. You’ll check in to a comfortable 3-star hotel such as Hotel Kalyan or Hotel Sarang Palace, where you can settle in and enjoy your first traditional Rajasthani breakfast if arriving early. The day will be dedicated to exploring the vibrant city of Jaipur. You’ll start with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, perched high on a hill, offering panoramic views and an optional elephant ride. On your way back into the city, you’ll stop by the Jal Mahal – a palace floating on the waters of Man Sagar Lake, perfect for photography. In the heart of the city, you’ll explore the City Palace, a magnificent blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, and visit the adjacent Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory. A quick visit to the iconic Hawa Mahal follows, before winding through the colorful local markets like Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar for textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts. In the evening, you’ll return to your hotel for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.

DAY 2 - Jaipur to Jodhpur – The Blue City
After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll check out and begin your scenic drive to Jodhpur, famously known as the "Blue City" due to its vividly painted houses. The drive takes around six hours, but if you’re up for a detour, you can choose to stop at Ajmer and Pushkar. Ajmer is known for the Dargah Sharif of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, while Pushkar is home to the sacred Pushkar Lake and one of the world’s few Brahma temples. By late afternoon or early evening, you’ll arrive in Jodhpur and check in to your 3-star hotel, such as Kalinga Hotel or Shree Ram International. Depending on your arrival time, you might have a chance to stroll around the serene Mandore Gardens or experience the bustling Clock Tower market, a great spot to get a feel for local life. Dinner will be served at your hotel, followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Jodhpur to Udaipur – The City of Lakes
Your day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by checkout and a road trip to Udaipur, the romantic "City of Lakes," which takes approximately five hours. Along the way, you can stop at the Ranakpur Jain Temples, known for their exquisite marble architecture and intricate carvings – a spiritual and architectural marvel nestled in the Aravalli hills. Upon reaching Udaipur, you’ll check in to a cozy 3-star hotel such as Hotel Udai Median or Hilltop Palace. The evening in Udaipur is magical. You’ll enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, gliding past the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir, both set against the backdrop of the Aravalli hills. If time allows, you can attend the evening cultural performance at Bagore Ki Haveli – a delightful display of Rajasthani dance, puppetry, and music. Dinner awaits back at your hotel, where you’ll spend the night.

DAY 4 - Udaipur Sightseeing and Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and spend your final day exploring the charm of Udaipur. Begin with a visit to the City Palace, a grand complex offering stunning views of Lake Pichola and filled with royal courtyards, museums, and halls. You’ll then head to Jagdish Temple, a beautiful 17th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Stroll through the serene Saheliyon Ki Bari, a garden built for royal ladies, with its fountains, lotus pools, and marble pavilions. Finally, visit Fateh Sagar Lake, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of the surrounding hills. Depending on your travel plans, your driver will drop you off at the Udaipur airport or railway station. Alternatively, if your return is from Jaipur, the cab can take you back with an optional stop for lunch on the way.
