OXO Journey provides travel packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and the policies of third-party vendors.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information while booking.
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel documents required for your trip.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or agreed advance payment is received.
5. Limitation of Liability
OXO Journey is not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost.
15–29 days before departure: 60% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Flight/train tickets, visa fees, and any non-refundable third-party charges are excluded from refunds.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after approval.
If OXO Journey cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund will be provided, excluding non-refundable third-party charges.
